Congrats CP! I will have the book sent to your daughter tomorrow, hope she loves it :)

Made this to go with our gourmet sausages tonight.  Tastes fantastic!

I did not have Roma tomatoes so just used ordinary and I omitted the chilli because its for the kids as well.  I also added 1 capsicum.  Don't know how we are going to use all this sauce in 2 weeks though!  Will definitely be making on regular occasions.

Freeze it snappy! I also add it to tomato based slow cooked stews, soups, pasta sauces and the like to add flavour without bothering to get all the ingredients out :)

It is great to hear that the additional information at the end of each section is well received - I think it's really helpful, so glad you all agree!

And please let it have an ebook version, pleaseeeeeeee!!

It really is excellent, I agree. When we are all cooked out from Alyce's book, Tenina's will be available.
Ekusumo, there is an iBook version! But again you may need to purchase it using an Australian credit card.

Hi Karen, it is so annoying when panna cottas do that! I know the feeling. I think it has to do with the cream used. if the cream hasnt been homogenized (such as pure cream) then i find it does split. whereas is the cream is thickened cream, then I find it stays together and doesnt form layers. I usually use pure cream in ALL my recipes, but I have recently swapped to thickened cream when making panna cottas for that reason.
If you try it again let me know how you go !
Thanks, alyce

Just to let everyone know - this book is now available on Kobo meaning you can download it on Android, iPhone, Kobo Arc and other eReaders.

It is currently available on iTunes but only for iPads. The new kobo version can be used by iPhones also.

Hopefully now we've got most devices covered!

Hi Ekusumo, thanks so much for your interest in my ebooks! I cant remember which thread we were discussing them in but thought easiest to respond here. Unfortunately i have spoken with my tech person and for some reason we are unable to sell our books in the Indonesian iTunes, I am really sorry, I did think they were available.

If you would like to purchase any of my books in hard copy I would be more than happy to have them shipped in Indonesia for you. I have looked up prices and it is about $35 for 1 book, but I would be happy to charge you $15 (AUD). If you would like to purchase more than 1, let me know and we can get the per book shipping price down. Please email orders@alycealexandracookbooks.com if you would like to proceed.

I also have some free recipes on my website if you would like to take a look at those, please visit http://www.alycealexandracookbooks.com/free-recipes and join as a member.

All the best with your thermomix, i hope you LOVE it!
Alyce :)

Interesting you say that ladies! I am based in Melbourne CBD but not many of our members are from around here (based on web stats) so we decided to have them further out. I would love to host some round here, so now knowing there is demand i will definitely look to this in the future!
Thanks for the feedback :)
