TM5 Faulty locking arms
« on: May 18, 2018, 03:34:23 am »
Interested to see whether anyone else has had this issue - the locking arms are actually splitting away from the body of the machine. The white plastic is splitting and it makes a cracking sound when the arms lock. The TM is only a year old and stoked on the kitchen bench in one spot. I am a bit shocked about such an e pensive machine having a fault like this.  I have sent a photo to Thermomix.

That is certainly not good at all. Let us know how you get on.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
