favourite varoma recipe

HI Everyone, I wondered what where a few varoma favourites.... and any hot tips for vegetables :)

Maryanne, have you seen our All-in-one-section - lots of recipes there using the varoma.

I steam all my vegies in the varoma now and to ensure nothing is overcooked, I check periodically and take out anything that is done to my liking and place it in a warmed up thermoserve.  Over time you tend to get the timing just right but it is a bit difficult at first.  I tend to put hard vegies in the steaming basket and softer vegies in the varoma bowl and tray.  I have not cooked vegies on the stove for years.
