Great looking dinners Julie and Kimmy.

Great looking food girls.
Ral wanted Chocolate Pud for Dinner tonight. So thought I would make one that when you cut it the sauce came out like a lava flow. Recipe very easy in TMX but didn't bake it for long enough in oven so the whole thing collapsed . Tasted good though. Have 2 more in Fridge so will see if I can get it right.  Made with Lindt Chocolate.

Sounds yum Chookie even though it collapsed!   Can you pls tell me if when you made your apple pie cake did you use a smaller tin than the original recipe asked for and did you double the  quicker than a packet cake mix?  Thanks

Julie has kindly tidied up the recipe and posted it.
Full recipe for Quicker.... But added an extra egg.
If I remember, my dish size was similar to that in recipe.

Fresh fish.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
