Stuffed Spaghetti Marrow.  I baked it in the oven first then scraped out the seeds, fluffed up the spaghetti strands and mixed them with a pizza topping.  Then back into oven and baked with cheese on top. We ate it with crumbed schnitzel.

I noticed the Italian shop I have been frequenting has these. I may have to give them a try.

Skinnytaste.com uses spaghetti marrow a lot but yesterday was the first time I’d seen one in the fruit and veg shop. It looks lovely Chookie.

We had RTE little egg quiches tonight and a Cypriot salad. I got the recipe from Recipe Community. Both were delicious.

I'm going to cook Chookie ‘s Sweet Chilli Salmon. It's a firm favourite of mine.
I think I'll serve them with egg noodles drizzled in toasted sesame oil and steamed broccoli.

Glad you like that Salmon recipe, CC.
Do you make the egg noodles in the TMX?   I haven’t made them for a while, but we love them.

Well we were going to have homemade hamburgers, but somehow most of the burger buns have disappeared from the freezer and it's too hot to turn on the oven to cook more. So currently looking for inspiration for Plan B.

Had lamb chops instead of pork.  Will have pork today.
Lots of cherry tomatoes at the moment.  I roast them in a frying pan and the mix them in the TMX to make a sauce.
