We had chicken breast stuffed with lemon ricotta and wrapped in prosciutto, cooked on top of garlic flavoured sliced potato. It was very nice. I served it with other Vegies.

Did you use breasts Denise?  I wouldn't mind trying that with a pork fillet.

Thanks Denise, so many recipes to try and so few mouths to feed  ;D

Too busy running around today to eat so I had a combined lunch/tea at 4 pm  - leftovers of pumpkin & speck pasta & lemon tart, all gone now.

Lovely meals everyone.
We are having Curried Quinoa, it has Cauliflower, Green beans & Chickpeas in it. Very yummy with a big glob of yoghurt on top.

Was so tired at the end of the day yesterday, so thought of getting a take away.
But then, I kept thinking about how much we spend on a take away and most of the times, not satisfied...
So made a quick decision and prepared the wonderful, 'Non-Fried Fried rice' and as usual it was yum :)

Thermomix has surely changed the way I think, even when I am tired, there is surely something I can whip up with less effort, so lucky to have one!!

I'm doing the same as you tonight, Thermilover, using up the left over broccoli, cherry tomatoes, kale and celery in the fridge, the non fried fried rice is such an easy and versatile meal, and with loads of left overs 2nd night is tastier than first night!

Totally agree with you Cuilidh, I got the leftovers for lunch at work :D
I am so glad I came across this recipe as hubby was saying that it is better than having fried rice at a restaurant, it was such a big complement and that too sans the oil they use :)

He was even surprised that the egg was actually steamed rather than fried, I should be using this method more often to make omelette for my little one as well..

That's great Thermilover and Marina. I'm much the same at times. I really can't be bothered cooking, but then something can be whipped up in the time it would take to get the takeaway.  I always feel so good about it too.
