DH slow roasted a marinated piece of lamb I got on clearance and we'll have it with smashed potatoes, salad, homemade taziki and pita crisps.  I had planned they would have it souvlaki style but DH made pita crisps out of all the bread so they can use them to dip rather than wrap 😀

going out for DD birthday tonight, and then a weekend away for us..
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

I made Beef Goulash with Bread Dumplings last night.The Goulash was terrific but the dumplings blah!!! Threw them in the food recycling bin. :P

Thanks Girls, had a great weekend away, with 50n friends for the party, and about 30 stayed for the weekend :D :D
