BBQ steak tonight.  I'm trying to eat down some of the meat in the freezer.

so we are just eating little bits of this and that - tonight was chicken fillets I had (but not enough for the 6 of us), with salad, roast pots and kumara, and bread rolls.  :-X

I converted one of Niligiri Restaurant's famous indian recipes - chilli chicken - with the TMX and air fryer it was sooo easy and so delicious.

Astarra, he will be back before you know it as I imagine you will be busy.  Watch out for global roaming phone calls. I clocked up a huge bill when my DH was in Germany a few years ago.

Thanks ladies, I am missing him terribly :'( :'( but we are on Wednesday now, only 3 more sleeps til he comes home again.  :D :-*
and then................................we are all going to NZ for 2 weeks on the 20th  ;D ;D  ;D ;D ;D

Back to dinner - last night we went to the in-laws, & I have made a chicken casserole (out of leftover chicken roast dinner) for tonight.  :D
