I love pumpkin soup, it features highly in my way of eating these days.  Nice having your own home grown produce Mandi.

Nice cooking ladies.  I have been a bit slack lately but I did make some Chookies Oat Crisps yesterday and they are very nice.  And another pot of vegetable soup.  It is certainly soup weather here.

A friend gave me a big bunch of her home grown spinach yesterday so today I made Spinach and noodle soup as well as spinach and lentil soup  from the forum - 10 meals and I had everything else that was required for these 2 recipes.

Good morning all. Just catching up. Inspired by all thelovely cooking.
Stress relief cooking yesterday. 3 dozen sausage rolls, chocolate cake from packet( trying to use up everything in cupboards). Carrot and lemon marmalade in the TMX.
All the cooking while dealing with  a nice young man servicing  our ducted heating, phone and text messages from lift companies, ( for new home), and the Agent ringing with offers for our house. ( don’t particularly like any )

It's all go Chookie. I made a muesli slice with dried apricots, sunflower seeds and lots of rolled oats.

My new Thermomix has got me excited about cooking again. Made savoury mince, dinner rolls and a sticky date date pudding. The family are definitely enjoying it too

Kimmy's boiled fruit cake for DS who is off to Qld again for work on Sunday.  He will be gone for about 7 weeks this time.  He is a good cook but doesn't make cakes.

I made some discard crackers. I had to feed up the starter to get enough discard.

I made a biscuit recipe that Alyce emailed yesterday. It has yoghurt in and they are very nice. https://www.alycealexandra.com/thermomix/thermomix-fruit-and-nut-yoghurt-cookies-recipe
I used dried cherries and almonds.

Made some blueberry and raspberry muffins, found the recipe on the Thermomix recipe community. And a date and nut loaf minus the nuts as my husband is allergic to walnuts, recipe from Cookidoo.
Will have to wait for the verdict once the family try them.

Yesterday I made Egg & Bacon Pie and My Chocolate Alternative  from recipe community.  I only made half quantity and replaced most of the nuts and seeds with extra fruit as I am not supposed to eat nuts.
