Lovely cookies.
Today I made some frustrating t mince tarts. I tried a new pastry recipe that you don't roll out, I'm not too sure about it. I also. ADE some small fruit cakes-pistachio and fruit. They look ok. We have visitors for morning tea tomorrow.

Katie, your Christmas cookies look lovely.

I am making apricot jam for my friend's DH for Christmas.  He's been looking after my computer for me for years.

Got up early and baked 3 SD olive loaves. The 2 small ones are the basic recipe, cooked in 2 smaller pots.

Will be interested to see how they taste as I made these with Laucke Organic flour, not the mix that I usually use.

The Organic flour produces a softer textured loaf. Not sure that I like it. Maybe that I am used to a lighter, crunchier crust.
Lamb Kababs today on flat bread.
Lemon butter.

That's interesting about the organic flour being different Chookie.
