What are you cooking today?

I've just done the 'custard' on these and they are in the fridge. I'm scared they will melt if I leave them out.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

We are in Victoria and my uncle has a 2kg eye fillet challenge for us to cook tonight. We can cook it any way. What would you do? Merry Christmas all :)

Yummy to all this beautiful food for Xmas.  Thanks girls for sharing .
All I have made is some garlic mayo from TMX 5 book, and Salted Caramel, ( my Recipe ) for Ral for Xmas.
Whole grain rolls and bread sticks, this afternoon.

Beef Wellington would be nice or fillet mignon - trim the steak of fat though.

DH has been a great help. He even whizzes things into the fridge before I can. I did get a photo of the Roasted Tomatoes with garlic and chilli before he whizzed them away.
Yesterday's marzipan before I put some of it in the stollen.
