I'll post it tomorrow. It's in his 100 great breads book.

I was looking in his books for tips on how to plait bread.  I've never plaited a loaf and I've got this idea to make a tri-colour plait, using the beetroot and spinach powder I bought to make pasta. Anyway I was looking for ideas on plaiting bread and I saw this recipe and decided to make it instead. Maybe next weekend I'll make the plaited bread.

I have made ice cream, Moroccan Lentil Soup and pavlova (in the oven) tonight. We've got a party to go to tomorrow and I'm bringing dessert.

I have been meaning to make that Haloumi bread for ages Katiej so I hope it tastes great;

Have just made two loaves of Ancient grain bread (from All About Bread in WA) and a batch of chilli jam for SIL. Ancient grain is a mix of Khorasan and Spelt and some seeds; very nice flour mix.

DH and I are going to the movies later, just whipped up some of skinnymixers bruschetta to have when we get home.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

I will pass it on Judy.  Thanks. Wendy is a very good cook and with her new steam ovens is doing some very good baking.
Reheated a chicken pie for lunch, managed to burn 1/2 the crust.
Made Cauliflower soup and mashed pots in TMX.
Made Mango Fluff to take to lunch tomorrow.
Need to make more Yoghurt for Carrot Salad.
I had to dry out the Guilt free biscuits in the oven as they went soft.  Won't post recipe until I can get the baking right.
