Visitors for dinner so cooked a chicken in an Indinesian sauce.  Pretty good. Had Lemon sorbet to follow.
Made a dip out of a 1/2 tin of mussels in chilli sauce, small tin of tuna and Philly cheese.
Made my first square loaf using Alyce's recipe.  Think I can improve on this.,

Yesterday, I made up a giant batch of muesli and used up some bananas that had been in the freezer for long enough to make a yummy Banana  & Cranberry bread.. DD made a batch of cupcakes using my quick mix chocolate cake. It made 29 cupcakes which she topped with vanilla buttercream and a choc wafer stick. She took them to a function and there was one stray cake that wouldn't fit on the tray........

Good to hear DD is following in Mum's footsteps Sue.  Are you both entering this yeat's Royal Show?

A busy weekend for cooking. Katsu chicken, oxtail stew, lamb wontons, sausage rolls, baked passionfruit Cheesecake, hummingbird cake, pikelets, lcm bars, cauliflower and broccoli bake. Hubby is smoking a chook and roasting the potatoes for dinner to go with the bake.

No cooking here. Being spoiled with breakfast and dinner. Lunch is simply fruit and yoghurt.
Haunted some bookstores today. I didn't buy any as I have so many to read already and I was strong about buying cookbooks.

The stray cupcake is going in Dd's lunchbox tomorrow. We are both entering the Show this year - it's coming up fast.
INAID & Katj sure have been busy :)
