No cooking, but thawing. Scrolls, soup and chicken pies. Mostly made in the thermomix before we left.

I'm hoping to try out my sausage maker that DH bought me for my KA for Christmas :o now to find a good recipe.

Made 2 bread loaves using Chookie's No fuss roll recipe  and Cookie's almond jam cookies yesterday.
Fortunately have cut vegetables and put it in freezer in seperate serve freezer bags this afternoon... which hubby can steam as I am down with high fever :(
All cozed up in front of the TV and browsing for future recipes to try ;)

So far bread, sweet chilli cheese and pesto and cheese scrolls. Need to make something for the kids might do cupcakes for something different.
