Maddy, lovely.  I believe you can use soda water if lemonade is too sweet.
Mab, looks good. What time Dinner?  I have made Blackberry Liqueur with some of mine.
Kimmyh I have used my bread stick tray to make small bread rolls. Yours look delicious.
Pork ribs for dinner with spring Rolls made with left over chicken, will give it a zap in TMX, and will add a little cabbage. Cook in AF.
Coconut Sorbet to follow.

Love your pies Mab.
Empanadas from recipe community. As per usual with that site, they need a little tweaking and a bit more flavour. Worth a second look. Children say thumbs up. Also a caramel cheesecake from Wholefood simply. Children won't touch it.....it's healthy 😝

Kimmyh, lovely again.
CC, I put most of my berry jam pulp through the Mouli as the GC don't like the pips. Apple  a good idea for pies. .

Making rice and seed balls with a sauce consisting of Tahini, ginger and Miso paste.  raw mix tastes very nice but the balls are baked. Will post if good as nice with salad this hot weather.
These turned out absolute delicious.  Something very different and healthy.  no gluten, egg , nuts or dairy.
