Yum BZB. I must go and have a look at that recipe. Pasta bake is great way to fill up teenage boys.  :D

Looks great BZB. I knew I would find inspiration if I looked here. That's dinner tonight. Thanks :)

I can't seem to keep the baking tins full at the moment. This week I have made baguettes, spinach and feta scrolls, cheese buns, raisin bread, lemon sponge, lemon and raspberry loaf and almond cookies. And that's just for the school lunches (plus some eaten after school)!

The cheese buns are for tomorrow, but I really should whip up something else as there's only a wee bit of the rasp loaf left.

You've been busy Jo - I sorta miss those times when the children were young and eating us out of house and home.
It gets more demanding when you have teenagers, especially boys, the girls only sip on water.  :D

Hi All,

Just dropping by to say a quick hi and that i think of you all regularly. I'm sorry to have been so absent for so long.

We're still loving our thermomixes and use them multiple times a day, though not as adventurous as i used to be now that I'm no longer consulting and DD has a wheat allergy. Food has taken me down the fermented & cultured food path which i hope to incorporate thermie into more to help.

My younger sister and only sibling passed away unexpectedly not so long ago which has ripped the world out from under our feet.

Still referring any new Thermie owners here knowing what an amazing and supportive community you guys are. And its great to see how much the forum continues to thrive. Well done all!!

ILB,  great to hear from you.  Often think of you.  Sorry to hear your sad news. Loved the day here when the girls did the lucky dip.

ILB how devastating for you and your parents. My deepest sympathy to you all.
