Lovely cooking everyone.
Today mum and I made the dinner slinger feta tart, spring rolls, pork wontons and Singapore noodles.

I just had to help out a friend who needed coleslaw for 60 in half an hour....of course I agreed, then proceeded to make -
---- Coleslaw puree, just a touch off soup.  :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[
And then her daughter was on the doorstep to pick it up so had no choice but to send it. So mortified.

No, definately not on purpose, just hope I haven't put her off buying a TM now......... :-\

Apparently it was mostly men she was serving and none of them seemed to notice - so all's well that ends well! ;D Still embarrassed tho.  :-[
