The tarts are gorgeous, Cookie. These are one of Malaysians' favourite cookies. I love my pastries to be the melt in the mouth type. Yum!

I made custard from CFM&Y to go with the Stewed apple with walnut crumble topping I made last night.

Today I made veggie stock, berry coulis, basic sugo from KIS and granola.

Here is my attempt at a 6 strand plait. It started off well and then sort of got muddled. I kept undoing it and doing it again but the top of the dough was beginning to dry out so I just finished it off quickly.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

It's not really Wonder, there's a pile of Stewed apple with walnut crumble topping under that custard.

The recipe only makes 2 serves.

yesterday i made pav roll using pavlova magic

it looked great, but the taste and texture was just OK
