What a beautiful colour your jelly is Chookie. Mab all that food looks delicious.
This afternoon I made a boiled fruit cake and steamed it in the Varoma. It was a little moist on the top so I popped it in the Easi Cook for a bit. It tastes lovely.

I made Chookies Apple cake tart today.  It's so good Chookie!  Loved the piece I had with a little drizzle of cream.

I've now cut into squares and frozen to take out when needed.  Thanks again Chookie, won't be the last time I make this.  :D

Julie, again your photo makes the food look soooo beautiful. Like you I have frozen the remainder in serve sizes.
Did you use 2 or 3 eggs?

Cookie, you amaze me with what you cook.

Thanks Chookie and everyone.
Today we were given several kg of apples from friends who are heading home tomorrow. After handing some out to other friends I decided to,stew a few. I did them in the Varoma and stirred about 1 tablespoon of honey through them. I then made a custard and plonked it on top of the stewed apples. I don't have a lot of storage things in the van. So we had stewed apples and custard, but on top of each other. It tasted lovely.
