We had mixed reviews at our house with that dish too ES. Guess you just can't please everyone.

Apple spice cake from TRTLMT. Not sure I like the amount of spices (nutmeg, cinnamon and mixed spiced) in the recipe but am impressed with how tall and fluffy the cake turned out.

Decided to bring one of my Thermies to work, and make lunch. :)     Well I have a pretty large kitchen bench at work too.

So I have bread in the oven, and Minestrone soup cooking at the moment.
so much better than buying stuff.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

I made some cupcakes today and some of ILB's icing to put on them.  That was about it.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Just catching up. I have just read and looked at  pages and pages of beautiful food.  What talent we have here. Thanks for the photos.
Not a lot of cooking here but made Cumquat Marmalade and Pot Stickers. The filling for the Pot stickers , ( one lot with prawns and one lot with chicken) was made in the TMX. Will post the recipe.
The Marmalade was made on the stove top as was too much for TMX.  Instead of water, I used liquid made from the cores and skins of apples that I dried.
