« on: October 30, 2012, 11:32:07 pm »
I ordered some cocoa butter for a recipe, that I have now forgotten and have a lump of cocoa butter waiting to be turned into something good............. what?

What do you suggest I make?

Tenina has some 'tablets' on her blog that use it.

I've made those tablets and they are a bit like a golden rough.  Delicious

Thanks Snappy. I haven't made them as yet. They are on my very long list of 'things to make'.

Your list is probably as long as mine cookie. I'm running out of space to store all these bits of paper I keep printing off!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
