Problem loading photos via tapatalk

I've been inserting photos via tapatalk with no problems but for some reason today thy won't load, has anyone else had problems?

Yeah wonder sometimes it has a tantrum,and stops working. Wait a while and try again.  Sometimes moving from wifi to 3G works. It is temperamental.

Tried again and still no luck. I received a message to say I had exceeded my 40 free photo uploads so paid the $1.99 to upgrade but still doesn't seem to be working. I'll leave a little while longer and try again.
