Cookie, unfortunately , no.  However had a nice Italian meal afterwards.  Takes a lot to stop me enjoying a good meal.

Thanks girls.  Took me 6 months to face up to treatment and then not as bad as it sounds.

I have a friends who has the needle in the ey every month. Not pleasant but not terrible either. Needs must.

DH and I went to get our flu needles today. I was also jabbed for a pneumo?...... Something or other one too. One in each arm. The nice GP also gave me a slip to get another cortisone injection into my hip. Third time lucky I hope. I think he just likes people to have injections.  ;D ;D

Lots of injections happening. Luckily I'm only giving them and not getting them.

DH's birthday today so we went out for lunch - couldn't face another day cleaning up. My Son-in-law has kindly offered to go over on the weekend and rip up the carpet and take it to the tip.

Mich, that is so horrid about your property! We have been lucky so far - one rental is rented to an employee, the next is to a family who has rented off us for 10yrs and is next door so we see it daily. Then our last 2 are rented to our company LOL.
