I think this thread is just going to keep on and on, it's reached international status, so no chance of it dying now.

Chit Chat / Re: what sort of can opener do you have« on: August 10, 2012, 08:08:50 pm »
Anyone remember those can openers that fitted on the wall. I seem to remember the name Swingaway, but not sure if that's right. They were great. Wonder if you can still get them?

Good advice Gert
Uni, I had my teeth done 18 months ago. I had every tooth fitted with a crown, molars and all. Lots and lots of drilling and an appointment every two weeks for months, but the end result is amazing. I can eat anything with comfort, including ice-cream and I'm never hesitant to flash my pearly whites in photos. Hang in there hun and just think how good you'll look. 38

That's lovely Amy. Now write down as many stories as you can remember and keep them safe. One day you will be the keeper of all those memories.
I wish I had kept a record of the stories from my mum and MIL. Now they are gone and I can't ask any more. 40

Frozzie you've got to kiss a lot of frogs before you find a prince. Hope one of your frogs (lookers) soon turns into a prince (buyer).
Good luck with the packing. Horrible job. We moved last year after 15 years in the same house. Boy did we have a lot of stuff! 44

Good morning ladies. Are you enjoying the opening ceremony? It's a bit different, isn't it.
