Bread / TMX vs KA for bread making

Has anyone used both for making bread?  How does the TMX kneading compare to a KA kneading?  Asking because a friend has a KA but never used a TMX and I've never used or seen a KA to tell her :)

Hoping someone here has used both :)

we love the EDC version but leave out eggs (we are low sulfur diet) and only use 500ml milk 250mls water in lieu of no egg :)

Not too late, I'm frypanning these days :)  Ok using preminced meat from butchers, never thought about water content.  Thanks for that idea

for making stock dont' worry about peeling, you puree it to a paste so skin can have good nutrients :) unless you don't like idea of skin or like onions :)  Enjoy your delivery
