Thanks Kulsha ... I made another batch today (we have an overload of zucchinni at the moment!!) with carrot and black pepper in it as you suggested! Very tasty ... better than the original!! Also, I only chopped the Zucchini, onion and carrot for 6 sec on sp 5, DH said it looks heaps better - So we're all very happy now!! Thank you again!

Made these this morning in mini muffin size - well results are: DH - "yum", DD(5) - "I like them but don't want any more" (very not a sweet tooth, so could be why), DD(2) - "can I have some more - PLEASE??!" DD(10 mths) "num num num!!" So I think all in all, a sucess!! Thank you.

Just got these out of the oven - they smell devine!! ! Couldn't resist - delicious! Thank you! I was a bit worried how they would turn out (as I got distracted by a daughter announcing she was felling sick,) and had the onion in and chopping with the veg instead of seperate - then everything else got put in without the sauteing stage (distracted again - this time by the said daughter BEING sick)!! Also didn't put capsicum in - extra zuchinni as one of the previous posts said and also didn't put the breadcrumbs and extra cheese on. Oh just realised i didn't put the salt & pepper in either ... wow! Still turned out beautiful and I thank you. These even got a thumbs up from DH!!!!!!!!!!

Another thing you could do is squeeze the filling out of the casing onto pastry and make sausage rolls, another quick easy idea.

OK this will probly sound very boring, but I make a batch of mashed pototo in TM, cook sausages (in frypan - oven - or varoma, whatever suits) slice sausages down the center (longways) but not all the way through, fill with mash, put tomato, bacon, cheese, pizza topper - whatever suits again - on top, and freeze like that - a quick easy freezer meal. The kids call it "sausage pizza" DH calls it "sausage thingies for my lunch at work please ...!!" I just think "stuffed/filled sausages" (...oh or you can just heat them and eat straight away, they don't have to be frozen.)

Ok I have the slowcooker meets thermomix book - it is in German but I want to get it translated - will do on google when I have a chance (& the kids give me some breathing space!! ) if anyone is interested. I also have a spanish one I'm working on - trying to bumble my way thru that one as I have a HSC in spanish, so using it as a refresher course!!

You're seriously gonna LOVE your thermomix - especially at the dreaded witching hour!! I have 3 children - aged 5yrs, 2yrs & 9mths, and can say from experience now that it definately helps to be able to set TM going, tend to kids, be there for DH when he gets home after a long day at work, have the table set, relaxing in the knowledge that TM will call me when dinner is ready!!! Definately a worthwhile investment! I too am looking forward to seeing your recipes and hearing your ideas, & this forum is GREAT too!!

No of course I didn't try it!!!!!!! I don't even like chocolate, let alone cauli!!! But... the kids drank all they were given, told me it was good, asked if they could have it again! ! What they don't know won't hurt them!!

What can I say but "YUM!!" We just finished eating this for tea, kids ate all of their's too, with no complaints! I did have to thicken the sauce mix a little tho, but was still a very tasty easy recipe! Thank you!! The leftovers (??) DH has requested put into a pie - lucky I have 'borrowed' his mum's pie maker!! Think I'll have to make another batch for the pies - as there are no leftovers!!!!!!

My kids had this yesterday - but I also added 1/2C pureed cauliflower to the mix (shhhhhhh, don't tell them!! ) and used a bit(approx 1/4C) less milk, they thought they were getting a very special treat, and I got more veg into them!!!!! I did a double recipe to get the 2 serves.
