Hi Kulsha,

I had a friend visit tonight and was checking out my Thermomix - she and her husband are just about to move up to the NT (east of Katherine) but didn't know if she'd be able to get one from up there?? Is there much Thermomix action in the North??

Thanks!

I just made this for the kids - WINNER DINNER!! Three out of Four of them licked their plates clean, the odd one out is in the fussy stage anyway but made a good go of it. Now I'm just waiting for DH to come home so I can eat my serving!! YAY!

oh, meant to say... the recipe says to bake for 35mins... but I found it only took about 15mins before they were lovely and golden.
thanks again  ;D

Thanks so much for this recipe.... the party was today and they were so quick to make... at first I thought the mixture looked a bit gloopy but by the time I went to put it onto the puff pastry sheets it was fine! My husband only bought 250g of cottage cheese so I used cream cheese for the other 250g.... it made about 12-14 rolls per sheet of puff pastry which was more than enough!! Everyone at the party raved how good they were and my kids polished off more for dinner. This is definitely a winner of a recipe. Thanks again!!

hi! These look yummy. I'm thinking of doing them for my son's 4th birthday party on sunday... about how many does the recipe make?
Thanks!
