Hi Judy, I tried this last week and it was good.  Thanks!  Was thinking of trying it with lemon juice sometime.  And if that works, I'll do it with chicken next...perhaps that might end up tasting like lemon chicken?

Made this a few days ago.  Hubby, aunt and 3 year old LOVED it.  There was a lot of sauce, and we had the sauce with shredded BBQ chicken and rice the next night...an instant meal!  Next time, I'll just add more chicken and it'll last 2 meals.   ;)

Happy New Year and Hi Sara,
Welcome, from another newbie.  Your champagne sorbet sounds lovely.
I've been mainly making fruit sorbets.  How exactly do you make the champagne sorbet?  I assume you have to freeze the champagne?  Do you still need ice cubes?
Thanks.
Viv

Hi, I'm new to the forum and am having trouble setting my email address to hidden.  The email address still appears in my profile despite checking the box to make it hidden.  Any help much appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, I received my TM as an early Xmas present from dear hubby.  It arrived a week before Xmas.  Had lots of encouragement from my lovely consultant.  So far have made pumpkin soup, mushroom soup, mushroom risotto, melting moments and LOTS of ice-cream and sorbets (lemon, mango, lychee, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, green apple) and for all the chinese out there...red bean ice cream too.  YUM!

My baby is quite young and still sleeps a fair bit.  That would normally be a good thing  :D but when it comes to using the TM, it wakes him when on higher speeds.  :'(  So I have been trying to only use it when he is awake (which isn't long)...I've been finding myself rushing madly through recipes, and if I want to make more than one thing, I have to work at an insane speed and usually the most inconvenient and time "wasting" part is washing and drying the TM.  Does anyone know if I can get a 2nd TM bowl so that I can make more than 1 thing and then save all the washing up for baby's sleep time?
Thanks in advance.  Happy New Year to all!
