Nice frittata and very straightforward. I will cut the veggies a bit smaller next time (I was rushing to take the puppies for a walk), but no complaints on taste. Would definitely make again.

Thanks CP. I really like frittata so will give this a try. I adore feta too so that helps a lot.

This is a little time consuming to prepare, but it's definitely worth it. Delicious! I only had 150g feta and recipe called for 200, so I added some home made all purpose seasoning to the vegies as they were steaming. I used spinach from my garden and pre-chopped it including stems. I also added a good sprinkling of ground black pepper to the mixture. It was better for it, I think.
I think I'd set aside some of the grated cheddar to put on top next time.

The words spinach and feta caught my eye.

DH had two serves and he's not a fan of quiche type dishes. So that's really saying something. I told him there was some Frittata for tea if he was hungry (I'm not and no one else is home). After finding out what it was, he was a bit dubious. As he ate it, he quickly changed his tune and decided this was pretty good!

We had a family brunch today at my sister-in-laws. I was asked to bring frittata so I made this recipe yesterday. I made one frittata spinach and feta as per the recipe, and a second one with bacon and cheddar cheese. The recipe is easy to make. The frittata's heated up well today and everyone said they were delicious. Most people seemed to go back for seconds and there was hardly any left.
A tasty recipe that I'd definitely make again.
