I attended a demo the other day and the consultant mentioned making shredded chicken breasts for sandwiches and salads but not how to do it. Can anyone suggest the best way please?

Kerrryn I just steam it in the basket Varoma term and speed 3-4 (depending on how full the basket is) for 15 - 25 mins depending on the size of the breast and how many I have jammed in there. When done, take out the basket, tip out the water, tip the chicken into the bowl and process on speed 4 and REVERSE for a couple of seconds :)
