Yum!!!
I used fresh chilli instead of dried and added some red onion. i also fried the prawns in garlic instead of steaming. Will definitely add this to our favourites. Made enough for two meals for our family. Would serve 8.

I love the look of that recipe too INAID. It's a pity they don't tell you how much a recipe makes, that's a huge amount of food. Thanks for pointing it out, I've made a note of that on the recipe. Whilst in that book I had a bit of a browse again, it's been so long since I looked at any of my spiral bound books. When the book was first released, there was a flurry of reviews from it but it seems to have slowed down to a snail's pace now so I thank you for bringing it to our attention once again. I really should try and make a recipe from one of those books every so often. One that caught my eye was the Béarnaise sauce with prawns for serving over a steak or steamed chicken - mmm, might have to do that one in the near future.

I only have MOM and the Indian one so I'm sure there will be more reviews to come :) perhaps the taco salad. I agree Re serving sizes. I think it's a necessity to have on a recipe. So frustrating not know how many the recipes will feed!

This is what the salad looks like when you fall off your chair and spill it all over your head lol. I cleaned it off her head. (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/11/11/u9ahumy8.jpg)
