No major cooking here. I did make a Tomato and.chilli sauce. I’m joining a zoom cooking session from Collette Mitegra tomorrow afternoon and we’re making Curry Puffs.  The dipping sauce was to be made earlier.

Not a lot. It’s rather warm.
My cousin, who I spent a lot of my childhood with, died recently. So very sad. She was my age. She lost her son and then her husband. Lots of happy memories of growing up. Her parents and siblings put up with us for a couple of weeks in January each year. It was a massive drive in the 50’s from Morawa to Bunbury. 523km. They often visited in the August school holidays.

I’ve tested the Classic Bread without the SD starter, just added more yeast. A friend wants to try it and can’t be bothered with SD. It’s looking fine so far. I added 2 teaspoons yeast and 50g more water.

Judy I firmly believe that people buy a thermomix and think they will be brilliant cooks. They do silly things and then wonder why it happened. There are a lot of Cookidoo recipes that have flopped for me, but I’m usually able to resurrect them.

Chookie I’m glad things are improving with you pinched nerve.
