Recipe Review Pea Puree Crostini FFS page 31

We both loved this recipe.  I used some Fennel Seed & Leek Bread from QFITT that I had in the freezer, instead of rubbing the hot toast with raw garlic I spread Tenina's caramelised garlic paste (page 29) over it and used Camembert to finish off.

Thanks in advance.

I have made these twice now for friends - using the blue cheese and thyme.  Once for a starter and once for a light lunch.  They worked well for both.  They are sooooo divine!  I will try the caramlised garlic paste and a milder cheese next time - thanks for tip  :).

Made these for a little party we had, made double the batch...should have quadrupled it as they went so quickly! Had numerous requests for the recipe, will make them again for sure!!

Last night we had friends over for a Xmas in July dinner.
I made a ciabatta and used some slices to make this as a starter. It was really delicious and enjoyed by all. I'd definitely like to make it again, maybe for lunch one day.
