Yumm! Looks fantastic Tasty and Maddy.

We had Salmon (cooked in Varoma tray), mixed greens, baby squash and truss baby tomatoes (in Varoma bowl), sweet potato and potato mash (in basket in TM bowl). I then made a quick sauce with cream, mayo, lemon juice and dill and added the juice from the salmon.

It was delicious and only took 18 minutes!

Made a chicken stirfry using whatever vegies I could find, some Udon noodles and the leftover satay sauce.

Mexican shredded beef.   Slow cooked the beef with beef stock and Sonans taco seasoning, for 10 hours.  Shredded it the TM for 5 seconds, speed 4 reverse...and it was the perfect texture....just like Taco Bills.

Looks lovely Maddy, I bet there weren't any complaints from the family last night.  ;D

I've had to make a very early dinner as DH has to leave for work very soon for a 14 hour nightshift.  I made a once-in-a-blue-moon meal of crispy calamari, just with a simple salad.  Will keep me going till the next blue moon.  ;D
