Down to.......7weeks and 5 days now til due date!!!!!!  :D :D :D
If I get that far, don't usually! Fingers crossed I don't go overdue cuz I won't know how to cope!!!  :-))

Made some pizza rolls for lunch and converted a recipe. Don't think I will post the recipe cos I took the biccies out 5 mins before specified time as they had already started to burn around the edges. *frowning*

I started my #mixitmay challenge - use thermomix for every single meal I cook for the whole month :)

This morning thermie got a good workout: Vege stock paste, Carrot Tomato sauce for Miss 2's pasta lunch and Spinach Dark Choc Muffins (love how easy it is to hide veggies with the thermie!).



Also made Basil Feta Scrolls (subbed part baker's flour with quinoa) for dinner.



I am now looking at everyone else's dinner to get some inspiration for tomorrow!

I made Tenina's Granuesli this afternoon and that's about all I plan to do another loaf/slab of Helene's bread tonight.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
