No Michele quite a lot will go into the freezer to be used when we are at Monkey Mia. We take a bread machine up there to do our bread and I prefer the one I make in the tmx.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Well done Kimmy! -really no need to feel guilty, if they haven't eaten it all by now they either had too much or wouldn't miss it anyway or would prefer reincarnated bunny flavour :)
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/

;D Kimmy, I'm assuming they're uneaten Easter gifts. I haven't gone back to read all the threads.

Tonight, I made a yummy Potato, Corn and Bacon Chowder of my own invention. Recipe on my FB Page: Potato, Corn and Bacon Chowder
For those who don't 'do' FB, I'll post it on my blog soon. I can't do photos at present as my PC refuses to recognise my iPhone at the moment.
Camera is still at DS's place where photos of wedding are being transferred.

Then, left over twice cooked Belly Pork and stir fry vegies with noodles.

I have Helene's One Minute Bread in a bowl doing it's thang, as she'd say, I'm sure!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Go Hally, its so good to have you back :D :D :D

I need to make a bolognese sauce and a birthday cake. Not sure if I will get them done today or tomorrow but I'll try and be organised and get them done today :) They are for friends who are coming home from holidays, they have no fresh food in the house so I thought I would make them dinner for their first night back home :)

MJ I would be interested to know which recipe you use for your twice cooked pork belly, I've been using the recipe from Tenina's Christmas book and we love it but always on the look out for a good pork belly recipe.

I have pizza bun dough rising, and another bread dough batch rising ATM.
I also have raspberries thawing to make jam.  :)

Have a friend whos sister has just moved away, and her husband has been in hospital; so want to take her around some fresh buns and homemade jam.  :)
