I've also made Uni's bread rolls today, don't look as pretty as yours though Michelle! Hally I dip my knife in flour before slashing the dough, seems to work a treat.
Working from home so not cooking anything else today - yesterday I made icecream, chicken & corn chowder for tonight's dinner, and we had corned beef in the varoma for dinner last night.
I've decided Thursday will be bread making day, since I'm stuck at home all day working and it's so easy to make bread with the TMX. And since I've also decided that Thursday night is 'soup night' (DD has netball training so we don't get home till late), it's a match made in heaven!

Photo please Robyn.

I made raspberry cordial, and then some of the $250 cookies and the filling for the Thai Chicken Curry pies.

For once I am on the computer and can link. ;D ;D ;D ;D

Love the $250 cookie story. Haven't actually made them. What's your verdict Cookie?

We love the cookies Michele. DH said someone takes them to car club but they are very different to mine so when we get back home he is going to ask for that recipe too.

Made apricot chicken for tonight's dinner and have Astarra's slow cooked lamb chops in the SC at the moment.
