Here's Aileen's profile Merlin - she joined but has never posted.  Her email address is there.

I once asked the question of her as to whether we could post any of her recipes on the forum and this was her reply -

"Regarding copyright:  I have no objections to the odd recipe being shared.  If you'd like to run the recipes past me that you'd like to share I could provide you with written permission."

If anyone would like to post one of her recipes please email her and run it by her first.

It has come from Aileen herself Cookie in response to this posting of mine.  Maybe Merlin did get in touch with her.  I will post the recipe as Aileen has given her permission.

I've just received this from Aileen.

I'm not sure what happened to my earlier reply.  It disappeared before I had finished the sentence.  I am very happy to share my Soy Milk Recipe with anyone who would like it.  I'm in Tassie at the moment without my book so anyone with the recipe in front of them is welcome to share it.  I hope you enjoy.  Aileen
