Homemade Pot Noodles
« on: January 28, 2009, 03:02:58 pm »
Hi all,
I've been told that Australia has a thermomix recipe for homemade pot noodles.  Does anyone know what it is, or how to find it?  A brief Google Search didn't bring me any joy.

Basically, I'd like to know if I can make my own noodles - not too worried about the pot part, as we don't eat them in our house  ;D
As my picture shows, I've suddenly become younger :-)  DD was of the opinion that her picture should be here, not mine!

Not sure what "pot" noodles are, but I've made noodles already in the TM...  I usually do about half all purpose flour and half semolina (can do all all purpose), and add a large egg for every 100 gm of flour.  Add some salt and EVOO.    2 minutes on interval speed...

Yeahh!!!  Hurray for Thermomixer.  That was excactly the recipe I was looking for  ;D  My daughter wants to make a noodle dish (which looks yummy, I must say), but I'm intolerant to wheat.  So I wanted to make spelt noodles.  I'll let you know how I get on.

Ain't that the truth, Baf65!   :D  That's why we don't eat them in our house.
