ANyone know where I can get Thermoserver type dishes other shapes or brands?? I thought that Ikea did an insulated server but thoroughly looked and cannot find one.

Check in Indian grocery stores, GHM - I bought some great ones from a store near us.  All stainless steel.  The larger one isn't quite 2 litres but the do work extremely well.  Cant quite remember how much mine were - around the $30 for the large one I think and maybe around $20 for the smaller version.

Andiesenji recommended this one over the Cuisipro Donvier version, which she found tarnished very quickly and gave a metallic taste to the yoghurt.

Thanks GF will try that, there is a huge Indian grocers not too far from me that sells so much stuff, never thought to look there, only problem is when I go in there I cannot walk past the hot box with the yummy samosas in !!

Check out their spices whilst you are there GHM, bigger packs and so much cheaper than the supermarkets.

I also looked in Ikea for a thermoserver type dish and couldn't find anything. I went to the Osborne Park store  GHM.
Then went to the big Indian grocery store in same area and didn't find any there either 
I did give in to the samosas though as can never resist them

Have just ordered a dozen 1/2 pint preserving jars and a jar sealer adapter to fit on the vacuum sealer I have.  Hope it works

Hally I think it is the magazines problem as I had the Good Food one jump into my trolley with Feast and Food Ideas. I didn't want to make a fuss so just paid for them.
