Can you have a new kitchen designed to fit the space but still keep all the old appliances that you love so much.

Where did you find the crio bru?

I may replace the benches soon, but not worth redesigning because of the lay out.
We have got my dream kitchen drawn up in our extension plans, but unfortunately hubby has upgraded 2 new tractors and god knows how many pieces of equipment, so that has put a big halt to the renovations  :'(
My new kitchen, bedroom, ensuite etc.....is now on 4 very big wheels  :P

Was linked to Teninas site www.criobru.com.au

I bought a cream whipper, the teens are having a lot of fun with it, LOL!  It is very handy for adding cream to our frappes and iced drinks etc.  I also purchased some whoopie pie tins as I am seeing these featuring a lot in Shazza's kitchen this year  ;D

I would love to renovate my kitchen, even though it is only 20 years old which isn't that old but I would love a bit more space BUT that isn't going to happen so might just replace the existing bench tops as that would give it an instant makeover as the old laminex is looking a little tired.

Just went to that website maddy and read up on it - a little slow seeing as this product has been talked about for a while now but I always resist buying what I call 'yuppy' products.  It sounds impressive with the testimonials, has anyone on here found any benefit from it - I would trust your thoughts more than testimonials from strangers. I have thrown out all my plungers & coffee machines I've been given and wanted over the years as we now just prefer instant coffee and only have 1-2 cups  a day so if I was to buy this crio bru, it would mean at least a plunger having to be bought wouldn't it?
I read this about making it in the TMX, could you just pour it through a coffee machine filter bag or does it really need to be pressed?

Brü in the thermomix machine:
1.Place 50g into bowl with 8-900g water and cook for 10 min/90°C/speed 2.

2.Whiz for 10 sec/speed 5.

3.Press with coffee plunger or French Press

4.Serve and enjoy! Just as with coffee, adjust to personal taste with creamer and/or sweetener.

Judy, I just put it in thermie, then pour it into a sieve and into a jug! Teninas new book has a few recipes using crio bru. I'm going to make the energy bars today if I get the time.  Mind u it does have 2 tbsp maca powder in it so might cut that down to 1 tbsp as I think for me that might be a bit much ;)

I have some Judy but keep forgetting to make it up. I've had a few lots. I must make up the concentrate without any sugar and use that. Bedlam and jeninwa have been using it.

OK, so that's not true then?  I just wondered if it would give DH some energy but guess that is expecting too much.

Sharon, does the creme wipper make cream similar to the one you can buy in a can at the supermarket? My kids would kill for that cream buts its a once a year treat as i alsways think it must be so bad for them and its so expensive?

I've bought the crio bru. The first lot I used to make smoothies on tenina's site as I didn't have a french press or coffee maker. It had an unusual taste really but had it anyway.

I bought another lot with a travel french press but I honestly don't see any benefits so not sure that I will buy it again. Maybe if I drank it on a daily basis but once off, no extra energy etc.
