I’m doing LCHF Gert, Low carbs high fat but I’d prefer lower fat.  Can you give me a link to some info on Nutritional Keto guidelines please.

Oh no Judy. You do not need the high fat. No point. Around 50 gms of fat a day is enough. Look at Keto for Beginners on Face Book. All the information you will ever need is on that page under Announcements. Don't get confused with crap information on other sites  including fake doctors like Berg. Keep under 25 gms of carbs. Protein higher than fat and low calories. I have replaced pasta with Konjac but realistically I rarely eat even that. There is a lot of misinformation out there. Some people even drink MCT oil in their coffee. Disgusting. Just added fat with no benefit to health.  Not preaching but I gotta tell you I feel on top of the world these days. I never even snack these days as the amount of protein. I eat keeps me full and not looking for anything else. I don't buy crap and I have cut my food bill by half. Also this way of eating is the easiest thing I have even done for weight loss and keeping it off. The fat just melted away.

Thanks for the info Gert, is this the site you mentioned?  I am aware of that one as DD uses it and she joined me up to it.  You’re looking good, what did you do with all your Maggie T clothing ??

No that is not the site. Lazy keto is crap. Either you do NUTRITIONAL keto or not.  I never had any Maggie T clothing at all but a lot of TS 14+ which I sold or gave away.

Nice and cool here.  20 max today.  Lovely rain yesterday.
Funny sight yesterday.  One of the teenage ducks came up to the house from the dam, looking for Ral and his food.
