I used this Nutella as an ingredient also to make a tart and it was just great
I will send also that tart recipe one of these days ;)
I hope you like it
Ingredients:
120g toasted hazelnuts
120g sugar
100g bitter chocolate
100g milk chocolate
100g white chocolate
100g whole milk
80g sunflower oil
1 tbsp brandy
Preparation:
* Put hazelnuts and sugar in TM Bowl. Blend for 30 seconds on Speed 7
* Add chocolates in TM Bowl breaking by your hands. Blend for 40 seconds on Speed 7
* Add milk, oil and brandy. Cook for 7 minutes at 50°C on Speed 5
* Put it in a jar, let it cool down a little, close the lid, keep it in the fridge
Enjoy!
Note: Since we keep it in the fridge it gets harder. Before you eat it you can warm you portion for few seconds at the lowest temperature in your microwave oven

Thanks for that farfallina. When the weather warms up I often do an icecream cake that has Nutella in it. I've never made it before but I should.

Thanks farfallina. There is a recipe in our EDC book and I think on here, that i still haven't tried. Will have to try it.
I remember the Nutelleria in Bologna - didn't realise Italians loved it THAT much ;) :o :o :o :o

Cookie, I used this one to make a tart and it worked great. I don't know how exactly is your cake but I believe it should work ;)
Thermomixer, you are right! Italians do love it including my husband and his family :D
They like to use it also in the cakes, like "crostata" or "brioche"
