I managed something a bit more exciting that just eggs and wedges :D I used my recipe for Zucchini, Cheese and Bacon mini quiches and made it into a slice and topped it with sliced tomato ;D

I dislike all offal with a vengeance.

We had chicken breast with umami spread on them, topped with mozzarella and a piece of bacon. I covered it in foil and cooked it in the oven. It was really nice.

Nigellas cocktail sausages posted by Halex with mashed potato and Varoma steamed corn, beans, carrots and broccoli.
Just need to decide on something warm and yummy for dessert.

I'm still learning too, no confidence here. Oh well if they are a failure I can always mash them up for fritters.

Lunch for us was Hally's spicy rub on lamb chops cooked in the weber with vegies and I did stir-fry cabbage in the TMX.
