Judy, no one is perfect.
No cooking at all today, although might squeeze in time to make some Portuguese Custard Tarts for visitors.

I have just put my Christmas pudding on to cook.  I like to get it done well before Christmas.

We were going out for lunch but our visitors had car trouble. I had some leftover chicken so made Coronation Chicken.  Added extra mango , avacado and cucumber.  Lovely

Made my first meal in the new home ... but realised at least half of the ingredients that I took for granted to always be in stock, were up in Guildford, not here, so I created something that has no name, but it was pretty good and edible at least.

Well done Marina.  Just a small teething problem.
Going to be very warm today, so minimal cooking.

A new recipe Marina. I hope your visitors were able to fix their car easily Chookie.

I made some more veggie stock paste this morning.

I use a lot of it Chookie. It adds flavour to so much.
I’m making some bread, a Classic Loaf and then something to put in the cake tin. DD has ordered some Chocolate Cupcakes. They have chocolate in so I won’t ice them.

I can't say I like tripe Chookie. Mum used to do it. She was thrilled when DH came on the scene as he likes it too. He hasn't had it since Mum died and he isn't likely to get it made by me. ;D ;D ;D

I don't like trip either.  It was something we were never made to eat.  My dad loved it.
