Sounds like everyone is eating scallops except me ;)
Went out again for dinner last night. Tonight sausages , coleslaw and beetroot salad.

Hally won't be Kimmy, she's allergic ;)

MF, I hope you enjoyed your Vietnamese Pho :D

I don't want to brag, but I cooked my scallops perfectly and I can't actually believe it ;D ;D ;D

Ooh, I love scallops - they are my favourite seafood. I love them with the roe attached, but it's nearly impossible to buy them here fresh like that.

Chicken Cordon Bleu and vegetables here with apple pie and vanilla icecream for dessert.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Ha ha Amy I did .....  ;D
I don't often make pho but when I do I make a big pot of the stock and freeze it  so its easy if DH requests it.
It's just not something I enjoy .
Your scallops sounded yummy. May buy some as going to fishmonger tomorrow as DS has requested pasta vongole  :D

I wasn't sure what pho was so I had to ask Mr Google ;D
Good idea making big pots of pho so you can freeze it for DH and DS. Makes for an easy night of cooking if you're happy having a toasted sandwich :) I think I'm lucky that mum and SD don't usually request things, they just eat what I cook ;)
I still can't believe how good those scallops were last night. We very rarely have scallops and I've never had scallops as tasty as the ones we had last night. I hope you get tasty ones if you get some tomorrow :D
Just had to google vongole as well ;D

Happy anniversary Hally & DH.

Tonight I had potatoes stuffed with bacon, cheese and broccoli (kept 2 back from those I made for Mum) with some salad.  I really enjoyed them.
