Just made Teninas Umami paste for cookies pie filling.
These for lunch, Bill Graingers, potato, zuchini & mozarell fritters

Been a little busier than I meant, have DD Beef Dianne going, also bol sauce on the stove & just about to turn cookies pie filling into pies. i had the mince & steak defrosted so thiught I should use them, then forgot I was making meatballs with pork & beef mince. Never mind will use the pork for something else. :)

I've made bread and at the moment have Not Quite Nigella's Molasses bread rising. It smells very molasses like.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

They sound great MF, I'm yet to try your Rendang but have it on my list. Do you have Balinese in your family? If I remember correctly they Rendang recipe had to be partly translated.
