I decided to clean out one of the kitchen cupboards this morning.  I washed all the glass ware and other dishes.  Washed all the shelves and doors.
This afternoon I helped DH in the garden getting it ready to plant some garlic.

Well done, Margaret.  It is very satisfying when you get a job like that done.

We went to the Anzac service in town this morning then a talk afterwards . Home to cook lunch and DS to do some school work and pack . Off to drop him off well he will drive and then I’ll do some shopping and home probably a bit late . Last day of holidays feels good to have had a good few weeks now for the full on VCE term .

I hurt my back again a couple of days ago, I've no idea what happened but I'm finding it very hard to move around so have been spending a lot of time sitting and reading.
DH did the shopping for me this morning and managed to get everything on the list.

It makes it difficult when you don’t even know how it happened Margaret, I hope it improves soon. Bad backs are so debilitating.

Yesterday was not great our worker had a accident in the Ute thankfully all ok . Kind of shakes everyone up . But so glad our worker is ok and the other party all ok . The Ute was T boned not so pretty . DH spent the day on the phone dealing with it .
Today DS turned 18 , feels strange to have an 18 year old , life passes so quickly . Now I truly have a young adult son .

Glad that everyone is OK after that accident, K Atie, they are scary and happen so quickly.

I was at the post office yesterday and just waiting for an available teller when a group of three somewhat unsavoury characters walked in, right up to the front of the shop area and, in front of everyone, picked up a TV and walked out with it!  I couldn't believe what I was seeing.  The utter brass neck of some people!  The Post Master chased them down the street and came back with the TV, but there was probably nothing else he could do - you don't dare touch or confront these people as you don't know what they will do or how they will react.

How brazen are thieves these day Marina and what a brave man to chase a group of people like that. A frightening experience for those on the line too.

Happy 18th to your DS K Atie, I can’t believe I have kids in their 50’s. If only we could slow time down.
