I had an ultrasound on my heal to see whatís going on , incase there is tissue damage or foreign object . Dentist for crown to be fitted . Then still have another one to do . Took my torn dress to be fixed , but forgot to collect it ! Hopefully DD will get it next week . Yesterday I started sneezing again so telfast to the rescue this am . Decided to drink lots of ginger honey lemon and cardamom drink . Yesterday I drove right beside the grande Prix ! Love the sound of the F1s so so powerful. DD went on Thursday just on ground . Amazed at the low fencing around some of the track .

Well I did my first recycling of bottles cans plastics at the deposit depo . All 10cent returns can go into the container. It was a learning curb and so funny, two elderly men also had not done it before so we were learning together. Another bloke came and new all the tricks ! Like it kept rejecting some - turn them around and they will go in !! It worked . A boot load of months of horsing all kinds of bottles, plastic bottles glass and tin . Apparently the kids juice boxes also recycle for 10cents ! So gust how much ..$18. Well thatís a bonus but Ö maybe it took money off for each reject ! Iíll look at that next time . Iím really a bit hocked too . As the shearerís left a lot of cans and bottles so thatís my next trip . Although it will be a very noisy one I think .

Chookie what fun to celebrate your GS birthday. Funny how families have birthdays all in the same month or so , we are November December (4 of us ) birthdays. Yoga this morning followed by our quilting group . Home and a quick rest . Now to invent dinner out of the cupboard or freezer.

Well tonight I got the fright of my life , I think it was a swallow bird or bat in the house ! Screaming and ducking and shutting doors . Finely managed to leave back door open and shut all other doors . It must have gone . I thought finding a ladybird was lucky today ! Positive thoughts.

Yesterday yoga ,DH to have crowns ! Then ti Melbourne for an appointment and dropped into Bunnings on way home to get another owl 🦉. DD washed her car . Then saw her DG in the hospital hostel . Saw her for five seconds and off to Melbourne. Quiet house. In the morning we had a visit by a huge dog and a little Jack Russell ,they have come over before but they clearly were on the hunt and unfortunately our neighbours cats came out second best . Ours as quick thankfully. Cool change here so good to not be so so hot .

Chookie the only way I have been able to beat the heat has been to get up early water and f do o outdoor jobs early . Lorikeets are now under the pear tree eating rotten pears ( that they ate and dropped! ) . DD is out working again at the music festival as people still there , so need help with all leaving . Last night DD was home after midnight and was telling me how she ended up walking out the friends of the young man that had passed . Poor kids . I debriefed with DD as I felt it was important to let her talk even though she was fine . The most important part is that everyone is looked after ( staff food water all there and they responsibly leave .
