Sleep is what I did when I had covid recently. Pilot vehicle for DH taking seeding machine home . Then into get DS and parts for DH . DH was pulled over by the truck cops , driving the semi truck . They even got underneath to check no oil leeks , lucky the old truck passed amazingly . Even pulled the seatbelt out to make sure it was functioning well . !! DH had just spent ages the other day pulling it out and untwisting it , hehe . Safety first always .

We had baked apricot chicken legs with risotto rice on the bottom. I made up a combination of lots of recipes. Zapped fresh ginger garlic parsley coriander and onion added oil cooked 1 min 100% speed 1 ,added stock paste 1/2 can of apricot nectar dyon mustard mango chutney and blitzed. Tray baked - rice on bottom added chopped celery and carrot then chicken legs poured sauce over top added rest of apricot nectar. Covered in the oven slow cooked 160 for a few hours , removed lid at end to reduce and crisp up top . Very tasty.

Chookie what fun to have your friend with you . Unfortunately I just got a very sad email Chookie from Wilsons fruit and veg , they are closing their doors at Lucas , but still having the other shop and doing home delivery to Lucas . Seems even business that are totally in need are being affected by the cost of living  so sad .

Feeling better thank you. DS got another Birthday cake from his DU , a sponge that was huge . They had purchased it in Geelong, was very nice . DS had a hockey game in late arvo , it finished just before 6 pm !! Drizzle rain too . Dark and cold , car full of boarders took them back to boarding house just in time for dinner,  I was frozen . Home to watch the sad Project re Jock the chef , we then watched Masterchef .

Chookie I love Wilson’s , Lucas only has seafood , DH will always go home that way so if I’m with him have to stop and get some treats . Finding the other Wilson’s has much less now , not sure why . Just think everything is expensive, less is more too.

Although I spent the day lying down with a very bad migraine I managed in the end to watch the Kings Coronation . Love it done so well and such beautiful outfits . My darling mum would have loved and known every royal family member . DH watched it too and DS watched a little also the crowning . DD was at a 21st in Ballarat, brrr very cold I’d imagine Cookie  ( theme Tennis ) .  Hopefully today I’ll feel better , managed to eat a Croissant .

It’s been a busy week for DS , in bed asleep just after 8 pm ... ! Mind you the moment we got home DH collected him and they got a trailer load of wood .
